Els partits comunistes i d´esquerres reunits a Praga en un seminari internacional es solidaritzen amb la KSM que es troba en procés d´il·leglització per part del estat txec.

Resolution on solidarity with Communist Youth Union (KSM) in the Czech Republic The communist and other left parties participating in the international conference
“The Communists and other Democratic Forces for Human Rights and Democracy in Europe and the World – Actively Against Anti–Communism“ held on November 25-26, 2006 in Prague declare their full solidarity with the Communist Youth Union (KSM) in the Czech Republic that has been unlawfully dissolved by the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic. They call upon concerned authorities of the Czech Republic to annul this antidemocratic decision that is in contradiction with Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the UN.
They appeal to all the democratic forces to protest against this attack on most fundamental rights and freedoms and call for a wide campaign for the rights of the KSM. Current new upheaval of anti-communism that the attack against the Czech KSM is a part of aims at limitation of activity and influence of the communists and at discreditation of socialism as a real alternative to current capitalist system of exploitation, oppression and wars. The communist and other left parties demand therefore an immediate restoration of fundamental democratic rights and freedoms in the Czech Republic.
